Kanula is slow fashion, fast delivery which means that your item is custom-made and printed specifically for you when we receive your order. We want all our customers to be more than happy with their purchase.
Unless they are faulty, personalised or custom-made goods cannot normally be returned if they are unwanted (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
However, unwanted items can be returned at buyers cost and will be refunded or replaced for a like for like item upon receipt of the returned item.
To receive a refund to the original payment method, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of the last shipment in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you track any returned parcels as lost items cannot be refunded
Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method once we have received your returned item.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered.
For your absolute satisfaction we use state of the art video technology to ensure that your item is free from defects. All items are video recorded before despatch so that we can be 100% certain we are not sending you a defective garment.
